This guy is a hero. We had disconnected pipe from the mains and water was going everywhere. We tried loads of supposed 24 hr call out and only these picked up. They truly do answer in an emergency. Excellent service. Paul came to fix a leaking pipe underneath my floorboard. He kept us well informed as to when he was coming even though the weather was extreme. He was very clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend using him as we found him to be very good value for money. I would definitely use Paul again.
